Werde Teil des #TeamLebenSchuetzen in unserem Geschäftsbereich baulicher Brandschutz in Gebäuden am Standort Dinslaken. Als Projektleiter Trockenbau (m/w/d) kannst du sofort bei uns durchstarten.

Aufgaben:

• Du bist ein Teil der Fire Tec Brandschutz GmbH und bist für die Betreuung von Bauprojekten im Bereich des Trockenbaus zuständig.
• Dabei bist du für das gesamte Projekt von der Auftragsklärung, der Budgetplanung über die Abwicklung bis hin zum Abschluss verantwortlich.
• Du dokumentierst sämtliche Arbeitsschritte entsprechend der Richtlinien und Vorgaben.
• Im technischen Vertrieb trägst du aktiv zum Auf- und Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms bei.
• Als Kommunikationstalent führst und betreust du Projektmitarbeiter*innen und kümmerst dich um die Abstimmung und Koordination von Lieferanten und Subunternehmen.

Ihr Profil:

• Du hast eine handwerkliche Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zumr Technikerin/Meister*in oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich.
• Du bringst bereits Baustellenerfahrung und Erfahrung im Trockenbau mit.
• Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Vertrieb sind wünschenswert.
• Im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen bist du sicher und hast ebenfalls Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (VOB).
• Dein Profil rundest du mit Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie einer eigenverantwortlichen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise ab.
