Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- Conducting analyses of market trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Development of growth strategies and business models
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers
- Collaboration on the further development of existing products and services
- Identification and development of strategic partnerships to promote company growth
- Monitoring the implementation of strategy and reporting
- Close cooperation with various departments to achieve common goals
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical training or engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
- Professional experience in international business development
- Customer and sales-oriented thinking and acting
- Assertiveness, determination and entrepreneurial thinking
- High level of communication skills and presentation confidence
- Initiative and proactivity, networking skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally with ABAS
- Knowledge in the field of measurement and control technology is an advantage
